How to Setup a Domain Name for a Doctor and a TNT Internet Service Provider

i've had a tnt internet their fiber for over five years now and i still have the exact same IP address. If you guys are boxing there is another thing out there that is sort of like free-tier uh... handrails all the way kind of thing but it's not compared to her roku. The digital ocean stuff was gonna be good but it sounds like maybe not so much.
