Sally Kohn: Can you talk a little bit about your journey from like being an engineer to ending up in those leadership positions and like maybe what you learned along the way there? She says she always had this sense of not viewing herself as just an engineer. Kohn: I think ultimately I coach people that they should view themselves as business people with a strong engineering background.
