Before putting anything in my stomach for the day, i meditate. I think it's very helpful for me to meditate on an empty stomach. If you want to get deeper into meditation, you sit with a straight spine. It sets your entire mind, body, spirit up for a productive day. And il get some sun in the morning too, sometime around the time. Go outside, put my feet on the grass, take my baby out there,. Put her in the sun for a second, and then take her up promptly.
