Retirement Planning

A lot of folks nowadays who are retiring ar maybe leavng the job they've had for quite a while, but are still working part time or freeland. How do you think that fits in to retirement planning? I think it's a really good idea to have some kind of glide path. The money you're earning is money that you don't have to pull from your retirement funds. It allows you to either spend a little bit more, or make sure that your money's going to last longer.
