The Four Stages of Disruptive Technology
The difference with this AI technology is that it's literally in the palm of everyone's hands. So we quickly realized that while this is similar in a disruptive technology, it's very different because of the case and accessibility that it is for everybody. We don't have the philosophy in our district ever to ban something, right? And so there was really two paths of professional learning. One is this route for teachers to really dive in in this deeper learning path with an in-service course. And then there's like kind of just where teachers were expected to just be exposed to and gain awareness of.
