Slow Down in Transition

Out of the 17 athletes we had racing, i took everybody's a transition one and transition two times. And wrote in my diary, and the fastest was, i think, three minutes total. And our slowest was seven minutes 50. That's four minutes difference between the fastest transition we had in our group and the slowest transition. I'd love to ask everybody who practised their transitions prior to that week. Just because it's not in the programme, does that mean you're not doing it? These are the things you need to be thinking about doing. So i have to put it in the programme. Go and do practice transition. You need to be doing that. Now,
