Getting a Job at the Das Office

In his spare time Skip poked around old cold cases, hoping to stumble on to something he could solve. He remembered one case in particular and decided to take a closer look at the coon file. After poring over the file, he reached out to some old detectives who'd worked the case. The list of suspects was so long that it was mind boggling. But there wasn't a clear cut we think joe crimmel did it, but we just can't prove it.
