The way that lightning works is that you have these pre-signed transactions that you hold on to, right? And this six that per V-byte was a pre-signed transaction. If you haven't updated it since the six set per V- byte thing, all of a sudden you've got a six set perV-byte transaction. That's one way you end up with those sorts of transactions out on the mempool. The challenge is that but current, for current lightning, if your peer calls you up, it's like, yo, I think it's this and you disagree. That'll cause a forced close.
