Puerto Rican bank Novobank was shut down for money laundering and tax evasion. The government of Portugal is now investigating the bank, freezing all its accounts. A three-year audit by OSIF found no evidence ofMoney Laundering or Tax Evasion. No one has been able to get their money back in almost 10 months.
