What's the Cult of the Dead Cow?

Call to the dead cow kind of created some of the first notorious script, kitty malware. Back office was like a tool to show people what could be done, but also you probably could use it for tons of bad. And here we are, you know, 20 odd years later and look what malware has become. It's just such a different ecosystem now.
