Speaking Truth to Power, You're Admitting Your Powerlessness

For me, it comes from a place of being vulnerable to admit that, number one, i i'm in a culture where the problem persists. But at the same time, i want to point to the fact that the entire system that we have is corrupt. I use your, your concepts a lot in negotiation about getting curious about how we can solve the problem together. It's a little nerve racking to think about how to talk about it in a way that invites them into the conversation, versus singling them out and alienating me from them.
