Is She Having a Mid Life Crisis?

I'm trying to be the best version of me and keep up with my interests. I've tried to get her involved, but she doesn't seem interested. She could be having a mid life crisis or awakening. This is very reminiscent of a break up that i went throughy,. My longest relationship, went through this, and im she just wanted to end it as well. We were just living as roommates.
