You can't just ride harder and faster every day. You need to leave your ego at home when it comes to riding with groups. If the really hard ride in doesn't a line with your intensity day, swap days. Ats ok if you do three or four intensity days in that five-day period but not more than one per week. We're trying to combine arobic fitness improvement, not creating too much fatigue, and still building our form. So there things that are really a what you should be looking for is, yes, get your fitness line to improve - which takes obviously an effort. But we know the training will absolutely help our fitness improve.
