In denmark, we tend to celebrate the established. You can be a little bit of a risk taker, but not too much. So it's about landing that right. It's hold creativity back. No, i'm far more balanced. I think the conformity worked exceptionally well during the pedemic. The individualism that is so cherished in america is also leading to some quite specific pathologies over there that are hard to untangle. And i've become far more sympathetic
