The City Council Voted to Eminent Domain

A couple of weeks ago, we were able to successfully push our city council to approve a loan to acquire hilsivia from slum lord tom bots. This isn't the end of the fight. We have not fully expropriated tom bots at the but this is a huge victory and commitment from the city to take the building from him. So it was really, really exciting for all of us.
