The Poly Crisis
There's a reason why some of the worst legacy public policies we have were imposed during wartime. I think at least in some cities, rent control was imposed during World War I and we're stuck with it. The healthcare coming from your employer thing was a World War II crisis measure. And so when I hear people talking about poly crisis, as if like, oh, this is just so different than crisis, I just get very nervous about it.
