The Politics of Expertise

There's some sense in which like the kind of most totalitarian expert is the one that kind of retains power and gains the most kind of state influence. We're as if it's this kind of political thing, where, you know, like whatever,. You know, like the state wants to find some kind of expert to back up our claims and to actually further centralize control. So yeah, I don't think there really isn't that much we can do about it, right?
