Is There a Consensus in Philosophy?
Philosophy is not very narrowly circumscribed. What you wind up where you plant your flag in philosophy winds it up ramifying out all kinds of issues that really matter to you, to anyone who is thinking about them. And so there's difficulta, because of our cognitive biases, as theist, we might say, because of something like sin, to just come at reality a sort of a open and accepting way.
