Are You Teaching the King'shit?

The whole benevolent philosopher king shit has definitely made a comeback in recent years and it's troubling. I think part of this, this is another complaint that I've had about sort of like the sort of like great authors thing is taught in universities. There was an incredible intellectual effort that goes into making sure you never see the absolutely deranged shit that these people believe. Plato literally worships angular momentum. Like he hates democracy, he loves like, like spurtin, like oligarchy basically,. All of this stuff is like, that's like stuff that you like you don't read. When you get a side play now, it's like, yeah. That's a huge fucking impediment
