Immigration Is the Only Reason the U.S. Population Has Grown Over the Last 30 Years
Immigration is why the U.S. has not yet felt the full effects of the underpopulation crisis, writes Julian Zelizer. Without immigration, we'd be a country of about 250 million people instead of 330 million said Zelizer. The total number of immigrants since 1965 is the same as the combined populations of California, Texas, and Pennsylvania says Zelizer.
