The Importance of Mind Body Unity in Alexander Technique
Alexander technique is a way of noticing your habitual responses to the world and then having that pause so that you can make different choices. So it combines this mind body unity like if you already have mind body unity then then you've got it basically but there are tons of different ways where we make ourselves dual we divide up ourselves. Alexander technique is the study of what are all of those different ways and how do you overcome them such that you become one. It sounds kind of like a a way to recognize the context of non dual awareness through movement and working with the body in an embodied context in the world.
