The Limits of Immersion

The company's corporate strategy was built in the idea of selling immersion. They got very upset when our data showed that most customers actually watched video and video entertainment on small screens with low resolution, poor audio. And they did not understand the limitations or trade-offs involves when other human needs and walls then immersion come into the picture. This ranges from employees and workers in our COVID studies getting exhausted from being in these full-day interactive online workshops to parents shopping for diapers online.
