When You're Feeling Anger

When you start using, i'm mad, i'm angry, it doesn't become active. It so energy in motion, emotion, it has to have somewhere to go. And if the expression itself is part of the solution that makes so much more sense than just getting it out. I think we need more models of verbalizing anger without having it be a dart or dagger and hurt someone.
