The Benefits of Hop Extracts in Beers

I had no idea that Pliny the Elder uses hop extracts. I typically have used them maybe even exclusively in the IPA context, but you know, you could probably use them in pretty much any beer. And a great brewer like Vinny, it's just really cool to see that. There's a whole bunch of different reasons why he used these bittering extracts.
