Is There a Double Bumper?
For every one woman who leaves her household to go out to work, she creates 1.3 around that number of jobs. The fact that a woman is not at home itself ensures that you would then hire a cook or a mate. So, it's actually beneficial from the entire jobs angle also, if not from just empowering. But there are other metrics, like maternity mortality rate and how women do health wise. We have not been talking about this as soon as we should be... Because I think the first and primary schooling has been discussed too much. That doesn't reflect in the secondary school completion rate.
