How to Find Joy in the Holidays
Sabbath is a time to slow down and reflect on what we are grateful for. The Church has through history literally put joy on the calendar, he says. Be happy because of some of dead some dead saint you've never heard of in your life,. But be happy today. Traditions such as eating with community and before God can cultivate joy.
