The Importance of Experiencing Existential Crisis
Sally Kohn: No matter the, no matter the external events or other people's experience that I can see and recognize truth and value in, I still have to directly experience this thing for myself. Back when she had her existential crisis there wasn't a lot of information available back then. She says on one hand it's a bummer that everybody has to kind of go through this and that more people seem to be going through it. But on the plus side, life just makes so much more sense and is, you just have such a perspective reset and newfound perspective on life after you go through it.
