The quarter life of caffeine is 12 hours, which means that if you drink coffee at eight o'clock in the morning and you're drinking one cup, you're getting 200 milligrams of caffeine. That's going to affect your sleep cycles without a doubt. I worry that as a society, we are chronically disrupting our sleep cycles with coffee. We have a couple questions from Tammy. Can I still be healthy if I drink coffee? You better say yes. What about coconut oil? It's my favorite plant fat but it's also very low linoleic acid.
