The Fed's Forecast for Inflation

I'm seeing we're seeing some of the cracks in the financial system. I think what's going to happen is rates are going to stay up. We just don't how bad and how long and how much pain there's going to be, but it really is going to be a separation between good operators that had good foresight and those that didn't. If there's an opportunity, we'll jump back in and get into some great deals as well.
