JP: What we can see what has happened since our talk is basically what we predicted. We are seeing a lot of retailers struggle I mean if you look at the US market then retail sales have declined in three of the past four months. It's gotten to a point where it's been a very rude awakening to a lot of brands and we're probably going to see unfortunately a few defaults going forward there would definitely be more emerging acquisitions, he says.
