A Portrait of Terrence Higgins
There is a lot more happening in smaller times and villages across Wales so that people don't have to just rely on places like Cardiff and Swansea, you know. So behind the portrait of Terrence Higgins, we've got this plaque. The plaque commemorates all the people that have died of AIDS in Wales. It was dedicated in 1994 and placed in front of the Tree of Life that was planted at the same time in 1994. On Will Dades, down the first of December each year, people tie the red ribbons to the branches of the tree.
