Putin's Only Real Chance of Making a Victory Is to Subvert the West's Will and Capacity to Continue to Support Ukraine
Russia is sending 150,000 fresh troops to Ukraine but they're not necessarily going to be good troops. Putin's only real chance of making victory is if he can basically undermine the West's will and capacity to continue to support Ukraine. I think it's vastly unlikely that we're still talking about tactical nuclear weapons at this stage in the conflict.
