What's the Big Deal?
Rome sent two ships to britannia. One ship was tasked with surveying the coast, and there it determined that dover was the best spot to land. The other ship carrying the british tribal ambassadors and also comius,. And they were tasked with negotiating some sort of peace. But right from the start, you can see cracks in this plan. Comius had only been king for about 15 minutes when caesar installed him on the throne. This sight must have been incredibly disheartening because he would learn two things at once - neither good nor bad.
