Love Kindness Meditation

The point of this meditation is to take the cultivation of loving kindness and compassion into your own hands. To consciously conjure up feelings of wishing others well being and happiness, and then ultimately apply that same thing to yourself. For those of you who find it particularly difficult to cultivate these feelings toward yourself, imagining yourself as a child would be an excellent place to start.
