Getting Back to Sub Three Hours Shape

i am back in sub three hours shape, only this time for a half marathon. Now closer to 70 years older than forty, my strava fitness level bottomed out at 15,. roughly the same as a corpse. But what about those strava year end figures? For a short period, 237 active days, 336 hours of exercise, one thousand nin hundred, 64 miles and 211 thousand 437 feet of climb. That includes cycling and swimming. And those uphill swims were particularly tough. Oh, to feel free in the hips again.
