COVID - What Changes Have You Noticed?

The mayor's office of the chief technology officer where I work has always been very focused on affordable high speed internet access. And definitely COVID has really brought home to others, how very real the digital divide is and how it really is fundamentally a justice issue for people to have access to the internet.
