The Importance of Global Coordination

I think the next thing we need is actually global coordination here. I mean, one good model would be the international atomic energy authority. We can't really fix these things unless we do the right science on them. It's like one minute they seem like geniuses and the next minute they seem idiots. And so I'm more optimistic than a lot of people are that we might get at least some elements of what we need for a global coalition.
