Oga: Most of the time, we cannot do a good job guessing which projects are going to be the market winners. The notion here is that we start very small. We put our bets in small bets, in places of new insight to work on. And so we're generating concepts really cheaply, doing really inexpensive experiments tho see s even a good idea. Oga: These kind of projects are high risk, desruptive, not finished within a year. Probably y need like five to seven years to mature into a busness model that works and has enough revenue for the company to try this.
