Transition Routines for Primary School
Transition routines are the reverse of the first one, which is the exit versus the entry. One of the most important things I find for primary school was getting the transition routine from a table activity to a carpet activity at very first. A transition like that off from the table to the carpet, it can detonate your classroom. It can obliterate your lesson and dissolve the time that you have. You don't have to do the tracking thing or the slant or all the rest of it. You can pick your own routines in detail, which are each appropriate. And then you see, right, let's try that now.
