What's Hard About This?
Ask yourself the question, what's hard about this? If you can't remember anything else, just drill that question into your head. Don't beat yourself up if you try new tools and you don't remember them in the heat of the moment. The physical thing that I've done is I've switched almost all of my organizing containers in my home to clear containers with no lids. When you have ADHD, every step matters. Even a simple as pressing a lever to open the lid could cause us to throw the trash on the dining room table rather than throwing it in the garbage.
