Is There a High Re Offending Ray in Norway?
Norway has a justi system very much based on rehabilitation, where sentences are shorter. Why is there re offending? Ray so much louder? An, nope. Av, never let into it. It may be that in norway, and being a much smaller society, in which i imagine it's much harder to get away with crime without people knowing that they get te or on. But it's just e evet i can't talk about because i don't know. The us Has a high re offending ray and a high crime ray, but a very punitive justice system. Norway ve the opposite formin justice.
