I think one of the frames that I heard in this book is that in order to lift a lot of poverty, what you need is technology growth that rises faster or increases faster than population growth. The insights that I got from you there is the thing that enables this is basically better human coordination and cooperation. And so it's best viewed as the last three necessary pieces of an entire institutional configuration fall into place.
