How to Heal With Positive Experiences
It's almost, it's almost like, mam, ar dad, if you suffer, i'll suffer too. Or or even dad, am, if you don't do well, i won't do well. You know, these un conscious threads, these unconscious tendencies to mirror our parents experiences. And then again, the important thing is this idea of how we heal. I devote a whole last third of the book to we heal to these experiences of these positive experiences that we can repeat daily. These types of experiences feed the frontal cortex and help us refraim the stress response.
