The Growth in the Middle Class in the United States

The share contributed by the wealthies in in the united states is relatively high. You could argue it should be higher, as you would point out. I don't really have a model ti to know what that amount would be. But even when the real question for me is, is the size of government, if there's a reason to be larger.
