The Multi-Progged Approach to Rheumatology
After a few years, the ACR said this is not working. So they came to me after training many extra fellows doing a lot of small projects that people were doing on their own. None of them were cohesive or unified or synergistic. And maybe we should ask Dan if he could help us since he understands about workforce. I got involved with a think tank of people that I selected and we then pitched some of our vision to the burn college of room.
