It's very hard for people who are close to be both successful, unless you create a sense of us right to another. I there are siblings that don't do this as well. The williams sisters ar in tennis, are a very good example of that. They seem to have built ina sort of awilliam sister identity that's greater than their individual identity. And so they've been able to really avoid that, that threat becoming an issue for them. So, but this i something, of course, colleagues have to deal with all the time.
