Do You See a Direct Correlation Between Quality of Education and Quantity of Education?

Do you see a direct correlation between the quality of education and the quantity of education that, let's say, your group provides for your conitions? And does that correlate directly to increased production, increased, increased quality careandan increased satisfaction among your clinations? I'm very curious on this on, i think that's a really good question that is very loaded. Just because someone is constantly getting educated, as in taking week after week end course doesn't necessarily translate to creased care.
