In emerging markets, we do kind of follow that same approach. So it's a bit of a hybrid model for us. We have some in-house subject matter expertise but also need to partner with academic organizations and large international NGOs. You can't duck-duck-go, the solution to this problem. You really have to create something new to address this new problem. It requires a lot of patience too because you're not always going to have the project work that you want.
