The Impact of Shipping and Returns on Retailer Profitability
Retailers are trying to charge consumers a bit more for making returns. They're also looking at the reasons why people return things of remedy those. I don't think retailers will put the whole cost of the return on to the consumer, but you will see more and more charging. Amazon has now said for certain returns to certain locations that are not Amazon locations, we may start charging for those.
