Joel Jolt: indecision is everywhere. We know it accounts for more nearly 60% of our no decision losses. He says salespeople are not very good at detecting it. So how do we actually put on a special set of headphones that are tuned for detecting indecision? The other thing we do is if we don't detect any signals from the customer, if they don't give it up freely to us or offer it freely in a conversation, we need to ping the customer and listen for the echo.
